DO YOU TAKE PAYMENT PLANS?

I don't accept payment plans right now to protect myself and my clients' time. I collect a non-refundable 50% deposit before work begins, and the remaining 50% after you approve the watermarked final preview.

WHY DON'T YOU DO SKETCH APPROVAL ROUNDS?

The short answer is that going back and forth with clients on multiple sketches takes a significant amount of time. Since I do this in my limited free time, it makes more sense to gather as many details as possible beforehand to avoid unnecessary rework. This is why I love working with other authors; we are excellent communicators! 

Each commission includes one minor revision round, and I'm always happy to discuss changes if you feel I've misinterpreted the original commission brief. 

WHY WAS I GIVEN A VERSION OF MY ART WITH A TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND?

In addition to the standard blank background I provide, some clients prefer to have a version of the artwork with a transparent background to make it easier to add the characters to their own graphics. I provide this free of charge, but I ask that you never place the artwork on a background made using generative AI.

CAN I USE THIS ARTWORK FOR MY BOOK COVER / PROMOTIONAL T-SHIRT RUN / KICKSTARTER CAMPAIGN?

Absolutely, but you must first pay the 100% commercial licensing fee.

WILL YOU POST MY ARTWORK ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

I may occasionally post previous commissions to promote my services, but I always wait until the client has posted or otherwise "revealed" the art before doing so. I will also typically watermark the artwork and tag the commissioning client whenever possible.
